EVA Yangzi‑BASF V5110J

EVA Yangzi‑BASF V5110J

Product Introduction EVA Yangzi‑BASF V5110J is a versatile ethylene‑vinyl‑acetate copolymer resin. It features excellent flexibility, aging resistance, chemical stability, high transparency, good surface gloss and compatibility with multiple processing methods including injection molding, extrusion and foaming, covering a wide range of applications.

Main Applications

Foamed Products ‑Shoe materials: mid‑soles for sports shoes, soles and inner components for slippers and sandals to achieve lightweight, soft and cushioning performance. ‑Padding materials: sound‑insulating boards, gymnastics mats and sealing gaskets.

Wire and Cable: Insulation and sheath layers for wires and cables, suitable for working conditions requiring weather resistance and chemical resistance.

Films and Hoses ‑Films: packaging films and agricultural greenhouse films. ‑Hoses: potable‑water delivery hoses and industrial drainage hoses by virtue of good flexibility and chemical resistance.

Industrial Injection‑molded Parts: Injection‑molded products such as industrial components and toys.

Processing Technology

Processing Method Key Parameter Recommended Range / Description Important Reminder
Injection Molding Barrel Temperature 165‑180℃, preferably not exceeding 200℃ Strict temperature control; temperature is recommended not higher than 180℃ to prevent resin degradation.
Injection Pressure Moderate, avoid excessively high or low value Insufficient pressure causes molding defects; excessive pressure imparts poor product appearance.
Mold Temperature Matched with barrel temperature Prevent product shrinkage and deformation.
Extrusion Molding Processing Temperature 120‑200℃ Applied to extruded products such as pipes, sheets and cable sheaths.
Foaming Molding Processing Temperature Adjust according to foaming agent type and product requirements Excessively high temperature will trigger premature decomposition of foaming agent and resin degradation; the dosage of foaming agent shall be precisely adjusted.
